Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, returns must be back to us within 14 days. We cannot accept returns after this time.
How to Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at lucylaneinteriors@gmail.com. Our team will answer queries Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If your return is accepted, we will advise you of address to return your item to. You must include order form and package well to avoid damage. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to refund you. You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using an insured and registered delivery and you'll also need to keep proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns. We do not offer returns on sale items. Please use the dimensions provided or query further dimensions as large items can be costly to return.
Damages and issues
If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please attach photos and email us within 24 hours of receipt. We will only accept faulty items that have been unused, used items used cannot be returned.
Processing Returns
Once returns are received they will be inspected and we will notify you by email if they are approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied within 3-5days to your original payment method. If your refund is not received please check with your bank in the first instance, then check with credit card company if applicable as sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for your refund to return to your card.
Transactions made via Paypal incur charges including through returning items. We cannot refund any charges levied by Paypal on returned items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or made to order items) and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
